The Dining Room at The Inn at Long Trail has been the source of hearty fare serving skiers for over 50 years. Built around an indoor boulder, we also feature an illuminated boulder garden view, and photographs capturing the Inn's history. The Inn serves in our main dining room during the fall and winter months.

Chef Patrick Boandl, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, has merged the flavors of Ireland with those of countryside New England to create a menu that is sure to please everyone.

For over ten years the house favorite has been our Guinness Beef Stew, a hearty dish in which the beef is braised in Guinness Stout! Among other menu items featured are Corned Beef & Cabbage, Chicken Pot Pie, Grilled Citrus Swordfish, a Wild Mushroom & Risotto Strudel. Desserts, such as Chef Patrick's Double Chocolate Irish Soda Bread Pudding , with an Irish Whiskey Cream Sauce will have you doing the Jig right into McGrath's Irish Pub for an evening of merriment.

Of course families are always welcome, as many menu items are available in children's portions andthere is also a separate children's menu .
